Outpatient Transitional Services

Welcome to Ohio Hospital for Psychiatry’s Outpatient Clinic, a dynamic, supportive community agency providing a network of mental health and recovery services that enhance individual development, and values the gifts and contribution of each person. Our Focus:

Our treatment begins with a comprehensive evaluation that includes a careful assessment of the person’s presenting illness. This assessment forms the basis of an individualized treatment plan which assists one in achieving objectives and maximizes independence and productivity through support and training in the use of personal and community resources. Ongoing monitoring, support, and training in self-care, social integration, skill-building, and health maintenance assists each individual to succeed in their community.
