Our patient care is managed by a comprehensive treatment team – a psychiatrist or a psychologist, a social worker, and a staff of direct patient caregivers – to make sure you receive all the care and attention you need.

Richard Nockowitz, M.D.
Medical Director
Dr. Nockowitz received his medical education at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, followed by training at Harvard Medical School’s Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. There, he completed a Clinical Fellowship in Medicine, a General Psychiatry Residency, followed by a Fellowship in Consultation Psychiatry. Dr. Nockowitz has expertise in the areas of the medical-psychiatric interface, neuropsychiatry, dementia and delirium, and complex partial seizures, and has authored numerous book chapters on depression and suicide, psychopharmacology, and enhancing patient compliance. Most recently, he founded My Psychiatric Partner, LLC, a telemedicine service that utilizes videoconferencing to provide psychiatric care in various medical settings and directly to patients at home. Dr. Nockowitz serves as the Medical Director at Ohio Hospital for Psychiatry and also provides inpatient geriatric psychiatric services at Ohio Hospital for Psychiatry.
Mark E. Blair, M.D.
Dr. Mark E. Blair graduated Summa Cum Laude from Anderson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and attended Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana. While in medical school, Dr. Blair joined the United States Air Force and went on to complete his residency in general psychiatry through Wright State University's Boonshoft School of Medicine. Following residency, Dr. Blair has worked both inpatient and outpatient adult psychiatry and received awards for "Excellence In Psychiatric Education" and "Clinical Excellence". Dr. Blair provides inpatient services for adults and senior adults at Ohio Hospital for Psychiatry.
Angela Wallenbrock, M.D.
Angela Wallenbrock, M.D., has been practicing in community mental health and hospital psychiatry for over twenty years. She completed her Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and general psychiatry residency in Norman, Oklahoma. Her M.D. is from the Medical College of South Carolina. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology in both General Psychiatry and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry and serves as an examiner for the oral boards. She resides in Delaware County, and she and her husband have two adult children.
Azeem Gureshi, M.D.
Dr. Azeem Qureshi received his medical degree from Medical School of Liaquat. He completed his residency at The Ohio State University. Dr. Qureshi holds certifications in addiction medicine, office-based treatment for opiod replacement, smoking cessation, and VHA Telehealth. Dr. Qureshi has received the “Excellence in Service Award” from The Ohio State University and “Certificate of Appreciation” from the Department of Veteran Affairs. Dr. Qureshi is an attending psychiatrist at Ohio Hospital for Psychiatry, providing services for adults and adult seniors. He is also the Medical Director of Addictive Disorders at the Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic in Columbus, Ohio.
