The OHP Admissions Department attempts to streamline the admissions process. When considering admission for your loved one, you as a parent or guardian must feel comfortable with the facility you choose. Your initial contact with an admissions coordinator should help you make a confident decision. OHP is open 24 hours, 7 days a week to provide crisis intervention and assistance. The process begins with a simple phone call to the Psychiatric Intake Response Center (PIRC) at (614) 444-7472 to speak with an Admissions Coordinator. Once initial contact is made, an appointment for a free clinical assessment will be scheduled. The assessment includes all pertinent information regarding the individual¹s recent behaviors and treatment history. Following the confidential assessment, our clinical staff will determine the appropriate level of care for your loved one.
