Admissions

The OHP Admissions Department attempts to streamline the admissions process. When considering admission for your loved one, you as a parent or guardian must feel comfortable with the facility you choose. Your initial contact with an admissions coordinator should help you make a confident decision. OHP is open 24 hours, 7 days a week to provide crisis intervention and assistance. The process begins with a simple phone call to the Psychiatric Intake Response Center (PIRC) at (614) 444-7472 to speak with an Admissions Coordinator. Once initial contact is made, an appointment for a free clinical assessment will be scheduled. The assessment includes all pertinent information regarding the individualšs recent behaviors and treatment history. Following the confidential assessment, our clinical staff will determine the appropriate level of care for your loved one.

For questions regarding our services, to seek admission, or to speak with someone, please contact the Psychiatric Intake Response Center (PIRC).
