Christopher J. Corner, M.D.
Medical Director
Christopher J. Corner graduated from the University of Alabama, Huntsville, with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and then received his medical degree from the Medical School of Alabama, Birmingham. Dr. Corner completed his residency in general psychiatry at the University of Cincinnati and The Ohio State University for child and adolescent fellowship training.
Prior to joining BCA Ohio Hospital for Psychiatry, Dr. Corner served as the Medical Director of the Summit Gero-Psychiatry inpatient program at Hocking Memorial Hospital. In addition to serving as Medical Director, he serves as Psychiatric Director for six different Nursing Homes in Central Ohio and runs his private practice in Lancaster, Ohio. Dr. Corner has been actively seeking patients for 21 years.
Angela Wallenbrock, M.D.
Angela Wallenbrock, M.D., has been practicing in community mental health and hospital psychiatry for over twenty years. She completed her Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and general psychiatry residency in Norman, Oklahoma. Her M.D. is from the Medical College of South Carolina. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology in both General Psychiatry and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry and serves as an examiner for the oral boards. She resides in Delaware County, and she and her husband have two adult children.
Carmen Z. Harlan, M.D.
Carmen Z. Harlan, M.D. has recently joined the staff at BCA Ohio Hospital for Psychiatry. She received her undergraduate degree from Brown University and completed her medical degree at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Dr. Harlan then went on to complete her residency in Adult Psychiatry and fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prior to moving to Columbus in May, she served for nine years as the Medical Director of a Crisis Stabilization Program in Philadelphia. She is excited to be joining the staff at OHP and will be providing care for the patients on the Child and Adolescent Acute Care Unit.
Mark E. Blair, M.D.
Dr. Mark E. Blair began working for BCA Ohio Hospital for Psychiatry in July to reside over the new Adult Behavioral Unit. Dr. Blair graduated Summa Cum Laude from Anderson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and attended Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana. While in medical school, Dr. Blair joined the United States Air Force and went on to complete his residency in general psychiatry through Wright State University's Boonshoft School of Medicine. Following residency, Dr. Blair has worked both inpatient and outpatient adult psychiatry and received awards for "Excellence In Psychiatric Education" and "Clinical Excellence."
